How long Casumo takes to approve a withdrawal

Two statements cover approval. Casumo's site says withdrawals are reviewed and processed within a matter of hours. Its withdrawal policy sets the outer limit: a withdrawal should be approved or denied within three days, while noting that finalising can vary with circumstances. Read together, hours is the normal case and three days is the ceiling Casumo commits to.

The policy also sets conditions that must all be true before money is released: deposits must have cleared and not been charged back or reversed, verification must be complete to Casumo's satisfaction, and no investigation into a game fault or prohibited activity may be open. If any of these is outstanding, the request waits.

An instant e-wallet doesn't make the whole payout instant. If the approval takes a day, an ‘instant’ PayPal withdrawal still arrives a day after you asked.

The £3 fee on small Casumo withdrawals

Casumo doesn't charge for withdrawals of £10 or more, but takes a £3 fee on anything below £10. On a small balance that's a big slice, so it pays to know the break-even point.

When Casumo asks for extra verification

Every UK player must be verified, and Casumo's withdrawal policy names specific triggers for further checks: a payout above the equivalent of €1,000, and cumulative withdrawals above the equivalent of €2,000. It can also check smaller payouts. Those euro thresholds work out at roughly £850 and £1,700 depending on the exchange rate, so a mid-sized win is enough to bring a document request.

Withdrawing while a Casumo bonus is active

Casumo's welcome offer gives new customers aged 18+ who opt in a 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of at least £20. The bonus must be wagered 10 times within 7 days, with a maximum bet of £5 while it's active. Game, play and payment restrictions apply.

The wagering is the part that affects withdrawals. On a £200 deposit, the £100 bonus needs £1,000 of bets. At the £5 maximum that's at least 200 spins; at 50p it's 2,000 spins, which at the UK minimum of 2.5 seconds per spin is over 80 minutes of spinning. Until the wagering is done, bonus-linked funds aren't withdrawable, and withdrawing early can affect the bonus, so check the bonus terms before you request. Very large Casumo withdrawals

Casumo's policy includes a monthly limit for requests above €50,000: the most you can withdraw in a month is the higher of the amount you deposited that month or €50,000, with higher limits possible for VIP players.
