Foxy Games slots are run by LC International Limited, the Entain company that holds UK Gambling Commission account 54743, the same licence that covers Coral, Ladbrokes and Gala. The brand began life as Foxy Bingo in 2005 and took the Foxy Games name in 2019. Here is how that history shapes the site today.
Foxy Games is operated by LC International Limited (UKGC account 54743), part of Entain plc.
The Foxy name started with Foxy Bingo in 2005; Foxy Games is the 2019 rename of the casino side.
foxygames.com and foxybingo.com are both active domains on the same licence as Coral, Ladbrokes and the Gala sites.

Foxy Games slots: from bingo hall mascot to games brand
The fox came first, the slots later. Foxy Bingo launched in 2005 as an online bingo site with a cheeky fox mascot and a chat-room community. A casino side followed around 2015 under the Foxy Casino name, and in 2019 the casino brand was renamed Foxy Games to cover slots, jackpot games, casino tables and instant-win titles in one place.

Who operates Foxy Games and holds the licence
Foxy Games is operated by LC International Limited, based in Gibraltar. Its Gambling Commission account, 54743, carries remote casino, bingo and betting licences, all active since 1 July 2019. LC International is part of Entain plc, the FTSE-listed group behind many of Britain’s best-known gambling names.
That licence is crowded. In October 2026 the register listed 13 active domains on it, including:
One licensee means one compliance regime. The safer gambling systems, verification standards and complaints process behind Foxy Games are run by the same company that runs those sister sites.
Foxy Games and other Entain accounts
Because so many brands share one licensee, Entain’s terms may limit opening a new account at one of its brands if you already hold an account with another. Read the sign-up terms before registering, and if you already play at Coral, Ladbrokes or a Gala site, expect some account details or checks to be linked.
This also cuts the other way. A self-exclusion or account closure for gambling harm with one Entain brand may be applied across related brands under the same licensee. For a block that covers every UK site regardless of owner, GAMSTOP is the tool to use.
What a bingo-born slots lobby tends to look like
Brands that grew out of bingo usually lean toward a particular style of game: bright themes, lower stakes, jackpot networks and hybrid formats such as Slingo or instant-win cards. The Foxy Games site describes its range as slots, jackpot games, casino and instant-win titles. We don’t list individual games because lobbies change often.
Low-stake, bingo-style players often favour medium-volatility slots with frequent smaller wins. Compare two well-known titles using their published figures: Rainbow Riches from Barcrest lists 95.00% RTP and medium volatility, while Fluffy Favourites from Eyecon lists 95.39% (with a 93.29% version also in circulation) and high volatility. At 20p a spin, 250 spins means £50 staked. At 95% RTP the long-run average cost of that much play is £2.50; at 93.29% it is about £3.36. Those are averages over huge numbers of spins; any one session can land far either side.
Jackpot slots on bingo brands: how the maths works
Jackpot games are a staple of bingo-led brands. Part of every stake feeds the jackpot pot, so the base game usually pays back less than a standard slot. Mega Moolah, the best-known progressive, lists an RTP of 88.12% once the jackpot share is included, well below a typical 96% slot. That means a large slice of the return is concentrated in very rare jackpot wins.
In October 2026 the register’s regulatory actions tab for LC International Limited showed no recorded actions. At group level, Entain agreed a £17 million settlement with the Gambling Commission in August 2022 over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings in its online and land-based businesses, one of the largest UK settlements at the time.
Register entries are a snapshot, and older actions may not appear on every tab, so read the Commission’s published decisions as well as the live register when researching any operator.
Safer gambling tools for Foxy Games players
As a UK licensee, LC International must offer deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion, and must take part in GAMSTOP. Every slot on Foxy Games must also follow the UK design rules: no autoplay, at least 2.5 seconds per spin, a £5 stake cap for over-25s and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds, and no bonus buy features.
If you are setting a limit for the first time, this is the usual order:
Decide a monthly amount you can afford to lose without it affecting bills or savings.
Open the account or safer gambling area of the site and choose deposit limits.
Set a daily or weekly limit that adds up to no more than your monthly figure.
Turn on reality-check reminders at an interval that suits your sessions.
Save, and note that increases usually take effect only after a cooling-off period.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Foxy Games?
Foxy Games is part of Entain plc and is operated by LC International Limited, a Gibraltar-based company holding UK Gambling Commission account 54743. The same company runs Coral, Ladbrokes, Gala Casino, Gala Bingo, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo and partycasino.com under that licence. Entain was known as GVC Holdings until 2020. You can confirm the current position by searching the account number on the Commission’s public register, as explained in our licence check guide.
Is Foxy Games the same as Foxy Bingo?
They are sister sites rather than the same site. Foxy Bingo launched in 2005 as a bingo brand; its casino side, originally called Foxy Casino, was renamed Foxy Games in 2019 and focuses on slots, jackpot games, casino tables and instant-win titles. Both foxybingo.com and foxygames.com appear as separate active domains on LC International’s licence. If you mostly play slots, read our guide to how to choose a slot site for what to compare between brands.
Is Foxy Games licensed by the UK Gambling Commission?
Yes. In October 2026 foxygames.com was listed as an active domain under LC International Limited, account 54743, whose remote casino, bingo and betting licences have been active since 1 July 2019. A UK licence means the site must follow UK rules on stake limits, slot design, age verification and safer gambling tools. Licence details can change at any time, so recheck the register before depositing. Our UK slot rules guide explains what the licence requires in practice.
Can I have accounts at Foxy Games and Coral?
Possibly not. Coral, Ladbrokes, Foxy Games and the Gala brands all sit under the same licensee, and Entain’s terms may limit opening a new account at one brand if you already hold an account at another. Read the registration terms before signing up, and contact customer service if you are unsure. This is one reason the alternatives on this page come from other licence holders. Our Coral slots review covers that brand’s own offer and terms separately.
What is the maximum stake on Foxy Games slots?
UK law caps online slot stakes at £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 per spin for players aged 18 to 24. These caps came in during April and May 2025 and apply at every licensed site, including Foxy Games. Individual slots can have lower maximums, and an active bonus may add its own limit. The cap applies per spin, so at the 2.5-second minimum spin time the amount staked can still build quickly. See how much you can bet on slots.
Are Foxy Games slots fair?
Slots at any UKGC-licensed site must use random number generators tested by approved independent labs, and the RTP shown in each game’s help screen must be accurate. Fair does not mean you are likely to win: every slot has a built-in house edge, so losses are the expected result over time. The RTP figure tells you the long-run average return, and it can differ between versions of the same game. Read how UK slots are tested for the details of that process.
Has Foxy Games been fined?
We found no regulatory action recorded against LC International Limited on the Commission’s register in October 2026. At group level, Entain agreed a £17 million settlement with the Gambling Commission in August 2022 over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings across its online and land-based operations. Register tabs show a snapshot, so check the Commission’s published enforcement decisions too. Our guide on how to complain to a slot site covers what to do if you have a problem with any operator.
Does Foxy Games offer demo slots?
Demo play at UK sites is only available after age verification, under rules in place since May 2019, so you would need a verified account before any practice mode loads. Not every game has a demo version. Demos use play credits, so they cost nothing and can’t pay out, and they are a sensible way to see how a feature or jackpot trigger works before staking money. Our guide to testing a slot in demo mode explains what to look for.
How do I self-exclude from Foxy Games?
You can self-exclude from the brand in its account or safer gambling settings, and the operator may apply that across related Entain brands. For a wider block, register with GAMSTOP, which stops access to every online gambling site licensed in Great Britain for six months, one year or five years. Exclusions can’t be reversed early. If you need a shorter pause, choose a time-out instead. Our guide to self-exclusion from slot sites sets out each option step by step.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
