Coral vs Casumo slots is a choice between two kinds of welcome offer. Coral gives 100 spins at 10p after a £10 slot bet, with winnings paid as cash; Casumo adds 50% to a first deposit of £20 or more, up to £100, which must be wagered 10 times in seven days. Small deposits favour Coral; larger ones favour Casumo on paper.
Coral: bet £10 on slots, get 100 spins at 10p, no wagering on winnings. Casumo: 50% bonus up to £100, minimum deposit £20, wager the bonus 10x in 7 days.
On rough theoretical maths, Casumo’s bonus only overtakes Coral’s spins once your first deposit passes about £30.
Casumo caps bets at £5 while a bonus is active and charges £3 on withdrawals below £10; Coral charges no withdrawal fees.
Both are UKGC-licensed: Coral via LC International (54743), Casumo via Recro Limited (61549). 18+, terms apply.

Coral vs Casumo slots: which welcome deal is bigger?
It depends on how much you plan to deposit. At £20 Casumo adds £10 of bonus money that must be wagered £100 before it becomes cash, while Coral’s £10 of spins pay winnings straight to your balance. At £200 Casumo adds £100, ten times Coral’s face value, but you then have £1,000 to wager inside a week.
The two offers aren’t really the same product, so the comparison only works once you put a rough price on the wagering. That is what the rest of this page does, alongside the payment, app and support differences.
Wager-free spins and a matched bonus work differently
Coral’s spins are fixed bets at 10p on selected games. You don’t choose the stake, and whatever they return lands as withdrawable cash. The value is capped by the number of spins, but there is nothing further to complete. 18+, new players, deposit and bet £10+ on slots, certain deposit types excluded, spins valid seven days, terms apply.
Casumo’s bonus is a matched deposit: 50% of your first deposit, up to £100, added as bonus funds after you opt in. You choose the games and stakes, within a £5 maximum per bet while the bonus is active, and the bonus must be wagered 10 times within seven days before it converts. 18+, new customers, minimum deposit £20, game, play and payment restrictions apply.
The thing that turns a bonus into cash is the wagering requirement. UK rules have capped it at 10x since 19 January 2026, and Casumo’s offer sits at that cap. Our guide to bonus cash vs free spins explains the trade-off in more general terms.
The deposit-by-deposit maths
The table below puts a rough theoretical price on each offer. It assumes a slot RTP of 96%, so every £1 wagered costs about 4p on average. That is the house edge at work, and it is a long-run average rather than a prediction for any one session.

Coral’s figure is the average return of £10 of 10p spins at 96% (£9.60) minus the average cost of the £10 qualifying bet (40p). Casumo’s figure is the bonus minus the average cost of wagering it ten times. On these simplified sums Casumo’s value is 30% of the deposit, so the two cross at a deposit of roughly £31, and Casumo pulls ahead clearly at £60 and above.
Why the simple maths flatters the bonus
Averages hide two things. First, a volatile session can wipe out a balance before the wagering is finished, and the bonus goes with it. Second, Casumo’s terms say some games and play patterns are restricted and contributions vary, which can make the real wagering longer. Coral’s spins carry neither risk: once they are played, the result is final. If you want to model your own case, our slot bonus wagering calculator does the sums.
How long Casumo’s wagering takes to play
Time is a cost people rarely count. UK rules require at least 2.5 seconds per slot spin, so wagering £1,000 at 50p a spin means 2,000 spins and at least 83 minutes of reel time within the seven days. At £1 a spin it is 1,000 spins and roughly 42 minutes, but bigger stakes also mean bigger swings in balance.
For a £20 deposit the job is much lighter: £100 of wagering is 500 spins at 20p, about 21 minutes. Coral’s 100 spins take a little over four minutes. Our page on how many spins per hour gives more worked examples.
Claiming Casumo’s bonus without breaking a rule
Opt in to the welcome bonus when registering or in the offer area; Casumo’s terms say opt-in is required.
Make a first deposit of at least £20 by a method the terms allow, and set a deposit limit at the same time.
Check the bonus has landed and note the deadline: seven days from crediting.
Keep every bet at £5 or less while the bonus is active, and £2 or less if you are 18 to 24, as UK law already requires.
Once wagering is complete, the remaining bonus converts and can be withdrawn after verification.
Breaking the £5 max bet rule is the most common way to lose bonus winnings. Coral’s spins can’t break it, because their stake is fixed at 10p.

Two practical points follow. If you like small, frequent cash-outs, Casumo’s £3 fee below £10 matters: withdrawing £8 would leave you £5. And if you use e-wallets, Casumo states e-wallet payouts are instant once approved, which Coral doesn’t publish. Our Casumo withdrawal time page goes into the detail.
Support hours compared
Third-party reviews describe Coral’s live chat as available 24/7, with email at help@coral.co.uk. Casumo publishes UK support hours of 7:00 to 23:00 and the email address hey@casumo.com. If you tend to play late and want an answer before bed, Coral’s round-the-clock chat is the more reliable option for getting help quickly.
Apps, Reel Races and reward schemes
Coral has a dedicated casino app, separate from its sportsbook, needing iOS 18.0 or later. Casumo’s iOS app combines casino and sports in one download and supports iOS 15.0 or later; on Android its listing is casino-focused. Casumo’s App Store listing mentions Face ID and Touch ID login, quick launch of the last four slots played, Apple Pay quick deposits, a home screen widget and a haptic feedback toggle.
The reward schemes differ too. Casumo’s listing describes Reel Races, timed slot tournaments with in-app updates, and The Adventure, a levelling avatar with a trophy collection. Coral’s listing names Smart Rewards, Rewards Grabber and Coral Coins. If tournaments appeal, read our explainer on slot tournaments first: they reward volume of play, which isn’t the same as value.
Who holds each licence
Coral is run by LC International Limited, part of Entain, on UKGC account 54743. Casumo is run by Recro Limited, a Malta company, on UKGC account 61549; the register shows that remote casino licence active since 21 December 2023. Frequently asked questions
Is Coral or Casumo better for a small deposit?
Coral is usually better for a small deposit, because its 100 spins at 10p need only a £10 slot bet and pay winnings as cash. Casumo’s bonus needs at least £20 and adds just £10 at that level, which must be wagered £100 within seven days before it can be withdrawn. On rough theoretical maths the Coral spins are worth about £9.20 against roughly £6 for the smallest Casumo bonus. 18+, terms apply. See our Coral welcome offer page for the full conditions.
How does Casumo’s 10x wagering work?
You must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount within seven days before the bonus converts to cash. A £50 bonus therefore needs £500 of bets, and a £100 bonus needs £1,000. While the bonus is active, no single bet may exceed £5, and some games or play patterns are restricted under the terms. Missing the deadline or breaking a rule can forfeit the bonus and its winnings. Our Casumo welcome offer page explains each condition in plain English. 18+, opt-in required.
Does Coral’s 100 free spins offer have wagering?
No, winnings from Coral’s 100 spins carry no wagering and are paid as cash. To get the spins you deposit and bet at least £10 on slots, using a payment type the terms allow, then accept them within 48 hours and use them within seven days on the selected games. Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don’t qualify. The offer is for new players aged 18 and over, and terms apply. Read more on our 100 free spins page.
Which pays out faster, Coral or Casumo?
It depends on the method. Coral’s Visa Fast Funds payouts typically reach the bank within about four hours after approval, which is quicker than Casumo’s published card time of up to two days. Casumo is faster for e-wallets, stating PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and Apple Pay withdrawals arrive instantly once approved. Bank transfers take two to four business days at Coral and up to five days at Casumo. Verification is the biggest factor either way, as our tips for faster slot withdrawals explain.
Does Casumo charge withdrawal fees?
Casumo charges £3 on withdrawals below £10 and nothing on withdrawals of £10 or more, according to its withdrawal policy. That makes a small cash-out expensive in percentage terms: withdrawing £8 costs 37.5% of it. Coral doesn’t charge withdrawal fees on any amount. If you want to withdraw a small win from Casumo, waiting until the balance reaches £10 avoids the fee, provided you don’t play it away in the meantime. Our how to withdraw slot winnings guide covers fees across UK sites.
What is the maximum bet with Casumo’s bonus?
The maximum is £5 per bet while the welcome bonus is active, which matches the UK legal limit for players aged 25 and over. Players aged 18 to 24 are limited by law to £2 a spin on online slots, so their effective maximum is lower. Placing a bet above the limit with an active bonus breaks the terms and can cost the bonus and any winnings. Coral’s spins avoid this issue because each is fixed at 10p. Our explainer on the max bet with a slot bonus goes further.
Are Coral and Casumo licensed in the UK?
Yes, both hold Gambling Commission licences. Coral is operated by LC International Limited, account 54743, which also runs Ladbrokes. Casumo is operated by Recro Limited, a Malta company, on account 61549, with its remote casino licence active since 21 December 2023. A UK licence means the sites must carry out age and identity checks, provide safer gambling tools and follow UK slot rules on stakes and spin speed. Our page on Is Casumo legit explains how to read the register entry.
Can I play Coral and Casumo on my phone?
Yes, both have apps on the App Store and Google Play in Great Britain, and both work in a mobile browser too. Coral’s casino app is separate from its sportsbook and needs iOS 18.0 or later. Casumo’s iOS app combines casino and sports, supports iOS 15.0 or later, and its listing mentions Face ID login, quick launch of recent slots and Apple Pay quick deposits. Your account, balance and limits are the same on app and website. See our Casumo slots app page for details.
What are Casumo Reel Races?
Reel Races are short, timed slot tournaments on Casumo, with real-time updates shown in the app according to its App Store listing. Players compete on a chosen slot during a set window, and prizes depend on the race rules. Because tournaments reward the number or size of spins, they can encourage longer or faster play than you planned, so set a budget first. Coral doesn’t list an equivalent in its app listing, focusing instead on Coral Coins and Rewards Grabber. Our are slot tournaments worth it page weighs them up.
When is Coral’s customer support available compared with Casumo’s?
Coral’s live chat is reported as running 24 hours a day, while Casumo publishes UK support hours of 7:00 to 23:00. Both offer email: help@coral.co.uk for Coral and hey@casumo.com for Casumo. Neither brand publishes a phone number that we could find. For an urgent account problem late at night, Coral is more likely to have someone available, while Casumo will pick up the following morning. Our Casumo customer service page covers contact options and what to have ready.
